Draft line drawings - Design phase
Our draft line drawings allow the manufacturer and the client to determine where adjustments need to be made. The level of detail within these draft drawings are kept low as to not over complicate the initial stages of the design. These are typically supplied with stand alone rendered images, enabling you to fully visualise the design on your screen.
Sign off drawings
At the sign off stage, we combine rendered images alongside detailed line drawings. It's imperative both the client and the manufacturer have a good understanding of the product, this also presents a clear opportunity for any final adjustments prior to construction. This forms the first page of the production pack and so it's essential the detail is clear.
Production drawings
For Joinery workshops, our production packs are tailored to each workshop. This may require a formal visit to understand the methods of construction and machinery in use. Alternatively you may share a previous production list that we can use as as guide going forward.
For an end user building this as a kit in the shed, we tailor the production list to hand held tools and recommend parts such as hinges, with respectable supplier sales codes - purely as guidance.
